This allegation has limited safety significance.

c.

The allegation should be reviewed by the Allegation Review Board (ARB) on August 11, 1988. An Allegation Action Plan is prepared.

The allegation should be resolved within 60 days after review by the ARB to include preparation of required reports or memorandums.
