NOTICE OF APPEAL Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 52.714a the Washington Public Power Supply System (" Applicant") hereby appeals the March 2, 1984 Memorandum and Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board admitting the Coalition for Safe Power ("intervenor") as an intervenor in' the captioned proceeding. Applicant requests that the Appeal Board reverse the March 2, 1984 Memorandum and Order cf the Licensing Board holding that intervenor satisfied the reanirements governing untimely intervention and dismiss this proceeding.
