Single Loop Operation Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 The District submitted Proposed Technical Specifications for single loop operation with Reference 1. Revised Technical Specifications were submitted by References 2 and 3. Per the Staff's request, enclosed are updated Technical Specification pages from our August 5, 1980 submittal which incorporate all recent license amendments through Amendment 83.
The District again respectfully requests expeditious issuance of these Technical Specifications so that future emergency Technical Specification changes will not be necessary.
