Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits in Attachment 1 documentation substantiating the completion of corrective action, taken by Waterford 3 in response to Emergency Preparedness Exercise Weaknesses 9328-01 and 9328-02. The attachments are four tabletop summaries which include lessons learned in the 1993 Annual Emergency Drill Exercise and exercise problems that require participants to develop appropriate protective actions for at least three different emergency scenarios. These actions were committed to be taken by Waterford 3 in letter W3F1-93-0374 issued to you on December 29, 1993.
Per the NRC inspector's direction at the Emergency Preparedness Exercise Inspection 94-16 exit meeting, we are forwarding this information to you for your review and closure of the two exercise weaknesses mentioned above.
