Attached are responses to the questions included in the March 2, 1983 letter by Elinor G. Adensam. These responses are to support NRC staff review of a proposed Technical Specification change for McGuire Unit I concerning reduced measurement uncertainty for RCS flow rate. We will be available to meet with the NRC staff to discuss this further, if necessary.
