The nronrietarv material for which withholdina is being requested by Duke Power Comnany is of the same technical tyne as that proprietary material submitted by Westinghouse nreviousiv in anolication for with-holdina AW-76-60, and was accompanied bv an affidavit signed bv owner of the oronrietary information, Westinahouse Electric Cornoration.

Further, the affidavit AW-76-60 submitted to _iustify the previous material on December 2,1976 is eaually annlicable to this material.

Accordingly, this letter authorizes the utilization of the nreviously furnished affidavit in -.:onort of the Duke Power Comnany, Haauire linit 1.

A cony of the 7fidavit is attached.

Corresnandence with resnect to the nroprietary aspects of the annlication for withholdina or the Westinahoust: affidavit should reference CAH-82-66 and should be addressed to the undersioned.
