Diggs, Facilities Program Coordinator for the Licensee Fee Management Branch, Wisconsin Electric submitted a letter dated October 11, 1982 with an enclosed check in the amount of

$1,000 (Check No. 697139) for the review and approval of our exemption request.

In keeping with your staff's determination that a Class III approval is appropriate for the subject application, a 10 CFR 170.22 fee of $4,000 should have been remitted with our October 11 letter.

Accordingly, we are providing herewith a check for the difference in the amount of $3,000.
