The fact that the same equipment has failed again at the same facility, though perhaps due to a cifferent mechanism, heightens my concerns.
As requested previously, l'would appreciate receiving a report on this matter as soon as possible.
Please advise rc.e by no later than July 3 as to when I can expect to receive such a report, cc:
