I lois( l T/S 3.4.6.1 requires that R-11 and R-12 or a containment air cooler condensate monitor $ng ITTil I system be operable. The T/S 3.4.6.1 action statement requirements were met.

R-11 l 1017IIand R-12 were restored to an operable status at 1010 on 11/14/78. The health and I
