f INTERVENORS REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION TIME IN WHICH TO FILE AN AMENDED LEAVE TO INTERVEJE PETITION Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.711, this intervenor Helen Vozenilek requests an extension of time in which to file the amended f
1 j petition in the case of the above-captioned matter. The reasons
.. q ror such an extension are listed belows Said intervenor has not been formally notified of the date for a pre-hearing conference. A telephone call from Mr. Paton
- has been the only notification that the pre-hearing conference i
will be held November 15th, and that an amended petition is lf due fifteen days prior to that date. It is this intervenors l contention that a formal notification of a pre-hearing confer-i 1 ence is needed.
() Said intervenor has not been able to locate the numerous documents sited by WPPSS and the NRC staff. A request for j these documents was made in writing to the NRC office on Wednesday, October 11th, and have not yet been received.
Access to these documents is necessary in makin6 an intelligent j and informed amended petition. In addition, the scarcity of i
{ materials relating to Hanford and WPPSS in the Portland crea i
i would necessitate a trip to Richland.
