was agreed to ty all of the Zangger Comittee members on October 19.
1989 and that the ammber governments new are in the process of notify-ing their approval 3 the other Zangger Comittee member governments

and the IAEA. Your staff has indicated that this notification process may be completed by December 1.1989. As you m quested, we are proceeding with our rulemaking which we intend to have published in the Federal Register by December 31. 1989. We would appreciate your notifying the comission when the IAEA fomally adopts the revised list.
