Attached for your review is a draft final rule which covers amendments to NRC's export regulations in 10 CFR Part 110 pertaining to gaseous diffusion enrichment plant components. As a result of adding the interpretive rule on gaseous diffusion components, we have also found it necessary to restructure several paragraphs in order for the regulations to be set forth in a clear and effective manner.
