FINAL RULE AMENDING NRC'S EXPORT REGULATIONS FOR THE EXPORT OF GASEOUS DIFFUSION ENRICHMENT PLANT COMPONENTS The subject rule has been reviewed by RES staff. RES concurs in the issuance of this rule based on changes in the paper resulting from conversations that Elaine Hemby had with C. W. Nilsen of my staff.
I assume that a classification review has been performed, as the information being added to-Part 110 is information previously classified.
