The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency has completed a detailed review of the off-site response to the February 7, 1993, Site Area Emergency Incident at Three Mile Island Nuclear Station.
The review included interviews with off-site response organization personnel and an assessment of the documentation and recordings supporting the response effort.
I believe that you will find the attached copy of the PEMA report useful and that it compliments the Nuclear Regulatory Commission report by providing a clear picture of the off-site response.
