This letter transmits changes to the Data Point Library (DPL) resulting from a

change in the power rating for Wolf Creek Generating Station, software modifications that affected the transmitted data points and editorial corrections.
This submittal is being made in accordance with 10 CFR 5 0,.
Appendix E,
VI.3.a.
These changes were implemented November 20,
- 1993, Decerber 2, 1993, Decerber 6, 1993 and December 7, 1993. Attachment 1 to this letter provides a description of each change. Attachment 2 is a complete, re-formatted DPL.
This document replaces the DPL previously transmitted in its entirety.

i ADDITIONAL PARAMETERS The parameter FCNO381 is being transmitted as this is a potential point of release and is monitored in the EMGs.
This parameter monitors the AUXILIARY FEEDWATER TURBINE DISCHARGE.
The parameter RJUO578 will be transmitted. The parameter represents the number of reactor coolant pumps (RCPs) running. A DPL sheet has not been compiled as the majority ofinformation is N/A. RJUO578 will be a calculated value based on RCP pump status, on or off. He point description is SPDS TOT NUMBER RCPS RUNNING. The point may have a value of either 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
