p References (1) and. (3) commit the Applicant to submit the procedures associated with Special Low Power Physics Testing to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at least four weeks prior to conducting the tests. The Applicant is hereby trans-mitting copies of the following procedures:

ZPT-9.1 Revision 0
" Natural Circulation Demonstration" 3.
ZPT-9.2 Revision 0
" Core Cooling with a Simulated Loss of Onsite and Offsite AC Power" 4.
POT-ll Revision 1
" Station Electrical Blackout" These four procedures accomplish the Special Low Power Physics Testing as defined in Reference (2). This transmittal will close out the Applicant's commitments as defined in References (1) and (3).
