By a phone call between our staffs on April 5,1982, it became apparent that Hatch Plant Unit fio. I has a secondary containment Technical Specification that is incomplete, in that it doesn't contain a timiting Condition for Operation (LCO) for the situation where secondary containment integrity cannot be properly maintained.
Speci$1cally, Tebhnical Specification 3.7.C.2 Violation of Secondary Containment Integrity, should be rewritten to both contain an appropriate LC0 and to provide proper references to TS 3.7.C.l.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.36(d)(3) kindly submit, within 60 days of receipt of this 19tter, a prornsed license amendment to change the Hatch Plant Unit flo.1 Technical Specifications as indicated above.
