Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed is the reissue of the Point Beach Steam Generator Sleeving Rep 3rt (WCAP-9960 Rev. 1, proprietary). The subnittal contains proprietary information, in confornunce with the requirements of 10 CFR Section 2.790, as amended, of the Comnissions' regulations.
The proprietary material for which withholding is being requested by Wisconsin Electric Power Company is of the same technical type as that proprietary material subnitted by Westinghouse previously in application for withholding AW-80-53, and was acccxupanied by an affidavit signed by the owner of the proprietary infornntion, Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
Further, the affidavit AW-80-53 subnitted to justify the previous material on June 13, 1980 is equally applicable to this nuterial as is the proprietary supplement Affidavit provided Novenber 13, 1981 to the ASLB in the Matter of Wisconsin Electric Power Ccxupany.
Accordingly, this letter auth]rizes the utilization of the previcusly furnished affidavits in support of the Wisconsin Electric Power Cctupany Point Beach Units 1 and 2.
Correspondence with respect to the proprietary aspects of the application for withholding or the Westinghouse affidavit should reference CAW-82-18 and should be addressed to the undersigned.
