SUBJECT:

Point Beach Steam Generator Sleeve Report Prepared for Wisconsin Electric Power Company by Westinghouse, February 1982 REF: Wisconsin Electric Power Company letter, Fay to Denton, March 1982

Dear Mr. Denton:

The proprietary material for which withholding is being requested by Wisconsin Electric Power Company is of the same technical type as that proprietary mate-rial submitted by Westinghouse previously in application for withholding AW-80-32, and was accompanied by an affidavit signed by the owner of the pro-prietary information, Westinghouse Electric Corporation.

Further, the affidavit AW-80-53 submitted to justify the previous material on June 13,1980 is equally applicable to this material as is the proprietary supplement Affidavit provided November 13, 1981 to the ASLB in the Matter of Wisconsin Electric Power Company.

Accordingly, this letter authorizes the utilization of the previously fur-nished affidavits in support of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company Point Beach Units 1 and 2.

Correspondence with respect to the proprietary aspects of the application for withholding or the Westinghouse affidavit should reference CAW-82-09 and should be addressed to the undersigned.

Very truly yours,

/bek Robert A. Wiesemann, Manager Regulatory & Legislative Affairs Attachment cc:
