In response to your letter dated January 15, 1982, (2CNA018201) and our letter of February 17, 1982, (2CAN028206) attached is a proposed Technical Specification change request for your review and approval.

Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR170.22, we have determined this request to be a Class III amendment as it involves a single safety issue.

Accordingly, a check in the amount of $4,000 is remitted.
