SUBJECT:

ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST MEETING On March 26, 1992, we intend to hold a public meeting to discuss the Agency's revised policy on organizational conflicts of interest. The purpose of this meeting is to solicit comments on the policy in conjunction with the rulemaking process for the Nuclear Regulatory Acquisition Regulation. A copy of the FEDERAL REGISTER Notice which provides the time and location for this meeting as well as background information pertaining to the policy is attached (Attachment 1).

We have forwarded letters to firms that performed technical assistance or research work for NRC within the last three years inviting their participation in this meeting. A copy of our letter is attached (Attachment 2).

Seating for this meeting may be limited.
