OGC's Review and Concurrence on Final NRCAR Brian Kildee called on October 14, 1992, to provide comments on the final NRCAR. Two Substantial issues were raised:

SEP Competitive Range Report and Final Recommendation Report wants o

revised language Proposal Presentation and Format OGC wants clause deleted o

Other minor edits were also discussed.

It was decided by Mr. F dman, Mr. Foster and myself, that the substantial changes will be edited, aen the NRCAR is amended to include the new commission approved COI policy.

It was also agreed that the minor edits would be made to the package before it is submitted to the Federal Reaister for publication.
