ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICTS OF INTEREST, FINAL RULE We have reviewed the subject final ~ rule and request that you make the following changes:
Please include the enclosed "Information Collection Requirements Office of Management and Budget (OMB)
Approval" section in the subject rule.
This section has been revised to indicate OMB approval for the information collections contained in the NRC Acquisition Regulation.
You may wish to include the reason for the inclusion of this section in the Statement of Considerations.
Also, please change the Paperwork Reduction Act Statement to Enclosure 1.
The subject final rule cannot be published until after OMB completes its review and approves the information collections contained in the proposed rule.
Accordingly, it has been placed on hold until OMB approval is received.
