l This is to confirm our telephone conversations with Mr. Gill of Isham, Lincoln and Beale, and Ken Graesser, Superintendent of your Zion facility on March 24, 1982, regarding the continuation of our investigation of alleged drug use.
We will be prepared to begin interviews at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 30, and continue until the early afternoon on April 2, 1982. We request that four rooms be made available at a mutually acceptable location. Our purpose will be to ecaplete the interview process with the indivAduals we identified to you in our February 16, 1982 letter. Two individucis whose names appear on that list need not be reinterviewed. Their usnes have been provided. We will have court recorders available should they be needed.
In order to assure expeditious completion of our tasks, we ask that you ensure 'that the attorneys representing individual employees be given the opportunity and in fact complete " pre-interview" discussions with their clients prior to our artival. Experience has shown that failure to allow for that process will lead to undue delays in completing our onsite work.
We anticipate, from discussions with one attorney, that a reduced effort I
may be required the following week.
