Dear Mr. Davis:

This is in response to your letter of March 9, 1982, as well as several conversations I have had with Mr. Robert Warnick, regarding your investigation into allegations of drug usage by employees at Zion Nuclear Power Station.

During my conversation with Mr. Warnick, he indicated that certain employees at the Zion Nuclear Power Station were reluctant to answer questions pertaining to the use of drugs at the facility because of their concern that they might be prosecuted by the United States Attorney's Office.

I advised Mr. Warnick, and I will confirm again in this that the United States Attorney's Office has no intention

letter, of prosecuting any Zion Station employees who in the course of your investigation answer questions which may implicate them in the use of drugs.

If I can be of any further assistance, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely, YV
