Thank you for your letter of January 25, 1982, responding to the violations
concerning activities under NRC Operating License No. DPR-72 brought to your
attention in our letters of Novemb3r 13 and December 8,1981.
With regard to the violations, your response stated that you do not concur
with the findings. We have evaluated your response and no additional .infor-
mation has been provided which cnanges our position.
This was discussed with
Ms. P. Baynard of your office on March 2,1982. The corrective actions which
were agreed to by Mr. J. A. Hancock on March 5,
1982, and as stated in our
letter of March 10, 1982, are considered adequate.
No further response to
this item is requested. We will examine your corrective actions during subse-
quent inspections.
