Issuance of Amendment No.1 to Construction Permit CPPR-114 - florth Anna Power Station, Unit 3 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. I to Construction Permit No. CPPR-114 to the Virginia Electric and Power Conpany for the North Anna Power Station Unit 3, located in Louisa County, Virginia.
Amendaunt No. I deletes three environ.r. ental conditions because these conditions imposed water quality requirenents beyond those specified in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit.
Also enclosed is a copy of a related notice which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
