The Nuclear Regulatory loaatssion (the Coanission) has found that:
A.
The application for arrendmnt to the North Anna Power Station, Unit 3 (the facility) Construction Permit No. CPPR-114 filed by the Virginia Electric and Power Coapany (applicant), dated Novenber 30, 1981, com-plies with the standards and requirenents of the Ato:nic Energy Act of 1954, as amnded (the Act) and the Comnission's regulations as set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
There is reasonable assurance (i) that the activities authorized by this agendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be con-ducted in coupliance with the Contaission's regulations; C.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the comr.on defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and D.
The issuance of this aaendmnt is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Coa.iission's regulations and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
2.
Accordingly, Construction Permit CPPR-114 is hereby amended as follows:
A.
Delete paragraph 3.E.(1)(a).
B.
Delete paragraph 3.E.(1)(c).
C.
Delete paragraph 3.E.(3).
D.
Change paragraph 3.E.(1) to read as follows:
(1) The applicant shall continue and modify, as necessary, the monitoring programs described in Section 6.2 of the AEC Regulatory Staff's Final Environcrental Statencnt for the facility, dated April 1973 (FES), and the following nonradiological monitoring program.

Change paragraph 3.E.(1)(b) to read as follows:

(b) As required by paragraph 86 of the Initial Decision, the applicant shall conduct a terrestrial r.unitoring program along the lines described by the staff in the fiorth Anna Power Station Environmental Protection Plan (Unit 1 & 2, Environmental Technical Specifications, Part 2).
3.
This amendment is effective as of its date of !ssuance.
