Dear Ms Limont:

Tnis letter is in response to your recent letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Ccmmission regarding Vermont Yankee.

The Ccmmission has received several-other communications about Vermont Yankee, including one from the Vermont.

Yankee Decommissioning Alliance dated November 27, 1980, which made requests similar to those contained in your letter.

S'nce all the concerns expressed in the various letters are summarized in tre Nove mer 27, 1980 letter from the Vermont Yankee Decommissioning Alliance, tne Commission has decided to consolidate tne various letters into a request fcr action pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2.206 of the Commission's regulations.

Tne matter has oeen referred to me for decision.

A copy of my decision is erciosed for your information.

I share your concern for nuclear safety, and will continue to enforce the C:mmissicn's safety regulations.
