Dear Mrs. Lowell:
This letter is in response to your recent letter to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission regarding Vermont Yankee.
The Ccmmission has received several other communications about Vermont' Yankee, including one from the Vermont Yankee Decommissioning Alliance dated Novem::er 27, 1980, which made requests similar to those contained in your letter.
Since all the concerns expressed in the various letters are summarized in the November 27, 1980 letter from the Vermont Yankee Decommissioning Alliance, the Ccmmission has decidea to consolidate t.e various letters into a request for action pursuant to 10 CFR Sectic, 2.206 of the Commission's regulations.
The matter has.been referred.o me for decisien.
