This is in reference to your letter dated September 24, 1979 requesting.
E amendments to four of your export licensesfand Elaine Hemby's telephone-conversation with you on October 111,1979. As Ms. Hemby mentioned to 2
you, license amendments extending the expiration dates on three of the licenses were for.<arded to you as enclosures to a letter dated October 9,1979.
In the letter-I advised you that yourrrequed to increase the values of the equipment stated on these licenses'did not require amendments.
However, it is my understanding that the dollar value of the equipment in your licenses XCOM0219, XCOM0222, XCOM0225, and XCOM0228 has increased '
