By letter dated July 19, 1989, your responded to the subAct Generic Letter (GL). You indicated a program to address the concerns of the GL was in place and that a controlling procedure for the program would be implemented by December 31,1989. Our letter dated September 15, 1989, requested we be notified when the erosic.n/ corrosion program controlling procedure is in place and the program has been fully implemented.
