The staff has completed its review of Nebraska Public Power District's (NPPD) response to Generic Letter 8811 dated August 3,1988. We find that your responseisacceptableandthattheexistingpressure/ temperature (P/T) limits for the reactor coolant system for heatup, cooldown, leak test, and criticality are valid through 22 effective. full power years.
