Dear Sir:
Enclosed are three (3) originals and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 35, requesting an amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No.
DP R-72.
This change provides a definition of OPERABLE, as it applies specifically to snubbers in locations outside the reactor building during cycle four.
Florida Power Ccrpot ation has deter.nined that the requested action involves a Class 111 amendment per -10CFR170.22. Accordingly, the license fee of four thousand ($4,000) dollars is enclosed.
Also enclosed is a signed copy of the Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 85 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida.
