I am in receipt of your letter of 22 Jan 81 request-ing evacuation time estimates for the Pilgrim Site.
Mr.
Matthew Moeller of PNL has been assigned to this task.
We intend to begin immediately and provide a memorandum on or beforn 6 Mar 81.
This reflects the time required
- to obtain maps (1 week), perform calculations (2 weeks),
and write a memorandum (1 week).
This schedule also assumes that State / local officials are available to meet

with us in a timely fashion to review our analysis of the transportation network.
