0 RAFT In addition to the 1980 evacuation time estimate provided in Amendment 41 to Chapter 13 of the PSAR, provide evacuation time estimates, which con-form with the guidance in Appendix 4 of NUREG-0654, for the peak popula-tion projected to the first year of plant operation (e.g.' 1990).
The basis for the population projection including tabulations of seasonal residents, peak transients as well as permanent residents should be de-
~
scribed'and should incorporate 1980 census and other current data. The population distribution data described in Chapter 2 of the PSAR shculd be revised, as appropriate, to reflect this updating.
The evacuation time estimates for the first year of plant operation should be based on the road network projected to exist the first year of plant cperation if supporting data is presented; otherwise, the current road network should be used.
