UNIT N0 1 CONTROL 0F HEAVY LOADS Your letter of December 22, 1980 and February 3, 1981, requested a review of our controls of the handling of heavy loads. This review has been completed and our final report documenting this review is attached for your information.

I In addition to the inodifications to the Reactor Building jib crane committed to in our letter of June 23rd, we commit to replace the Spent Fuel Stop Log Hoist.

The results of the load drop analysis being performed by B&W, as described in Section 2.3.4.c of the attached report, will be submitted when available.

If we can provide any additional information, please advise.
