DOCKET 50-312 RANCHO SECO NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION UNIT NO 1 CONTROL OF HEAVY LJADS Your letter of December 22, 1980 and February 3, 1981, requested a review of our controls of the handling of heavy loads. This review has been coupleted and the report documenting this review is attached for your infarmatioh, As requested in Item 2 of your letter, the District does commit to a modification of the Reactor Building jib crane cs discussed in Section 2.2 of the attached report. This modification will commence as soon as practicable. Jurtification for any modifications which we believe are not necessary will be provided with our nine month report. If we can provida any additional information, please advise.
