l1l11 l reading on the Auxiliary Built"no Stack Monitor was not'ed, indicative of a leak in the Auxiliary Building. l lTill llocal visual inspection revealed a leak in the plunger area of Charging Pump 2P-368. The leak was terminated l 11l11 lwhen the camp was stonped. At the time of this occurrence, Charging Pump 2P-36A was not operable. Pump l lTill 12P-36C was placed in service and pump 2P-36B was isolated. This occurrence is reportable per Technical l l1l11 l Specifications 3.1.2.4 and 6.9.1.9 (b). Similar Reportable Occurrences on inoperable Charging Pumps include l l11118 7 9 lLER 82-044,82-037, 82-012,82-007, 81-028s81-001,80-090, 80-068,80-061, 80-034,80-019 and 79-031.
