33 days, a license amendment application that would incorporate the requirenents of bbdel Technical Specifications which were attached.,
These Model Technical Specifications relate to the definition of the tern " Operable-Operability", and to Liniting Conditions for Opera-tion (General) and associated bases.
We have not yet received your pmposed Technical Specification changes.
Please submit your pmposed changes by flovember 8,1982. Enclosure 1 to this letter is identical to the Model Technical Specifications included with our April 10, 1980 letter except that the time to place the plant in hot standby has been relaxed to six hours and cold shut-down within the subsequent 30 hours3.472222e-4 days <br />0.00833 hours <br />4.960317e-5 weeks <br />1.1415e-5 months <br />.
