Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will take the depo-sition upon oral examination of Commissioner DeWitt Treder, of the Suffolk County Police Department, Yaphank, New York, 11980 on the subjects areas of command and control, traffic, securi-ty, mobilization and communications.
The deposition will be taken before a notary public and court reporter on October 12, 1983, at 9:00 a.m.
and thereafter until the taking of the depo-l l
