Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will continue the deposition upon oral examination of Inspector Michael Turano, of the Suffolk Coun-ty Police Department, Yaphank, New York, 119,80 on the subject areas of command and control, traffic, security and mobilization.
