Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will continue the deposition upon oral examination of Inspector Joseph J. Monteith, of the Suffolk County Police Department, Yaphank, New York, 11980 on the subject areas of command and control, trdffic, security and mobilization.
The deposition will be taken seriatim with the depositions of Deputy Inspector Michael Turano, Captain Edwin Michael, and Deputy Inspector Philip McGuire, before a notary public and court reporter on October 13, 1983, at 9:00 a.m.
and thereafter until the taking of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of Long Island Lighting Company, 175 East Old Country Road, Hicksville, New York, 11801.
