PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will continue the deposition upon oral examination of Deputy Inspector Philip McGuire, of the Suffolk County Police Department, Yaphank, New York, 11980 on the subject areas of traffic, security, command and control, and mobi-lization.
The deposition will be taken seriatim with the deposi-tions of Inspector Joseph J. Monteith, Deputy Inspector Michael Turano, and Captain Edwin Michael, before a notary public and court reporter on October 13, 1983, at 9:00 a.m. and thereafter until the taking of the deposition may be completed, at the offices of Long Island Lighting Company, 175 East Old Country Road, Hicksville, New York, 11801.
