Notice of Deposition PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Long Island Lighting Company, by counsel, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Rules of Practice, will continue the deposition upon oral examination of Captain Edwin Michael, of the Suffolk County Police Department, Yaphank, New York, 11980 on the subject areas of traffic, and command and control.
The deposition will be taken seriatim with the depositions of Inspector Joseph J. Monteith, Deputy Inspector Michael Turano, and Deputy Inspector Philip McGuire, before a notary public and court reporter on October 13, 1983, at 9:00 a.m.
and thereafter until the taking of the deposi-tion may be completed, at the offices of Long Island Lighting Com-pany, 175 East Old Country' Road, Hicksville, New York, 11801.
