I have reviewed the section pertaining to Cultural and Historical Resources that will b\: included in the Environmental Assessment (EA) for the proposed Reclamation Plan for International Uranium Corporation's (IUC) White Mesa. Uranium Mill (Mill) Site in Blanding, Utah. I believe that the previous NRC EA completed on February 27, 1997 and the f icense Condition 9. 7 from SUA-1358 contain language satisfactory to protect the Cultural and Historical Resources asbiociated with Mill related activities including reclamation Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Culturai and Historical Resources segmtmt of the Reclamation Plan EA Once the NRC' approves the Reclamation Plan. I would appreciate receiving a copy. If you have questions, you can reach me at (970) 564-5432.
