.N LER 81-067/03L-0 10-26-81 CAUSE DESCRIPTION AhD CORRECTIVE ACTIONS (Continued) replace all 12 cylinder liners.

Following the completion of repairs and success-ful testing, DG 2C was returned to service at 1020 on 10-6-81.

(NOTE: A temporary waiver of the Unit 2 Tech. Spec. action statement requiring Unit 2 shutdown was granted by the NRC for a total of 17 days of inoperability.) This is the third (3rd) failure in the last 100 valid tests.
