We have reviewed your response to generic letter 81-04 regarding emergency procedures and training for station blackout events. Our review was to confim that the subject procedures and training either currently exist or will be implemented on an acceptable schedule at your plant. Our review did not include an evaluation of the details provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.

You indicated that procedures and training for station blackout will be impleacnted at your plant by August 1981. We find this inplementation i

schedule acceptable. The HRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement will review the subject procedures and training program during a future plant inspection.
