4, CAUSE CESCRIPTION AND CCARECnVE ACTIONS 27 s o lThe failure of the eauipment was a direct result of condensation being aspiratpd g l into the vacuum pump due to improper drainage. Periodic sampling and analysis, m I was performed as required by the appropriate action statement, and the damaged; m I pump was repaired. Modifications are being made to correct this recurring i problem.
