o 2 ion July 4, 1981, routine surveillance discovered that the auxiliary feedwater l

@ l flow naunes for Steam Generators "C" and "D" were defective. and thus wete ideclared inoperable. On July 6, the plant entered Mode 3 from Mode 4 causing I

a 4 o s 1this to violate T.S. 3.3.3.6 which is reportable per T.S. 6.9.1.13(b) and similar o a Ito previous R.O. #81-92. The inoperability of these instruments would not affegt o 7 l rho auxiliary feedwater system in providinR its necessary function.
